Kyle spent his last evening in Oklahoma at a concert with a college buddy. He then headed out and headed north!  Let's go to Pelican Lake... This is his room for the next three months. He was the first to arrive which was nice to have a few days to settle in. I hope he likes the roommates because this is close quarters! screenshot from my facetime tour. This was a few days later when he'd been venting over the job and telling us the really cruddy parts of it. Still smiling but not really enjoying it. Last Day of Junior High (forever!) and off to be a sophomore! Donuts with Mom Bye, Reid! I love you! Reid went to the annual shaving cream fight not wanting to participate. He eventually got dirty and then got really in to it. Our Sophomores! Izzy, Reid, Beau, John I had my 46th! Mom took me to lunch the day before. love! 24 years!

24 years ago we officially became a Mr. and Mrs. Then homeowners. That became Mom and Dad three years later.  And a Dr. and Mrs. 15 months later. Shortly, business owner, building owner, Stillwater residents and many other titles and roles followed. None of the above would have happened had two naive and in love kiddos not gotten married.  Marriage isn’t always smiles and laughs. It’s that, yes, and often, but life is also full of frustration, anger, annoyance and misunderstandings. I’m thankful we have each ultimately chosen each other, and our family unit, time after time.  Jason Dean is my guy, always and forever.

So much always happens in May! It's a little slower this year than other years but still busy. Kyle finished up with a 4.0! He was a little surprised by it. Results of the Chem test below that gave him an A. Got a 115 (77%) and average was a 73 (48%)! He and 8 friends celebrated the end of the semester with a trip to Galveston. Shocker - they hit casinos. Special group photo! It's been 11 (!!!) years since we have met Emily and Hunter for dinner. Too long! saw my cousin at the OSU game! Eddie wanted to hang out with Jason. A few of the ladies from my BSF group this past year. Tennis Banquet All the boys... The freshmen boys... The freshman team (a few missing) Proud parents of the Freshman MVP Golf outing with Kyle His real smile. We sadly said goodbye to the Davis family. Eli and Reid spent many, many afternoons together playing and creating memories as young kids. They’re off to Oregon! Thankful for them! This ice machine deserves a spot on the blog. It's so great. Reid...
