OSU at TCU and Hefners!
Thanksgiving weekend we headed to watch OSU play at TCU. Jason had been to the campus, and really liked it, so we wanted to check it out! Worked out well that half of the Hefner crew was around Dallas, too! We started Saturday at Klyde Park in downtown Dallas. It is built on a highway overpass. A lot of them ate food truck lunch but some of us.... ...decided to brave crowds and went to Pecan Lodge for BBQ. It was delicious! The Mestres and Colvins joined us! We parked for the game in a cool, old neighborhood. This was one house's fence - looked like older guttering. I, of course, had to tell the homeowner when she was outside that I loved it and she said they did it to block their pool equipment. the campus... Yes, these are assigned, covered tailgating spots (no tents needed) complete with grills and picnic tables at each! ran in to Casey, one of my college best buds, who now live...
