Spring Break and Kyle's 13th (14th) trip!
Happy 13th/14th birthday trip, Kyle Douglass Walker! 2020 eclipsed the plans we had to take Kyle on a deep sea fishing trip for his 13th birthday. Jason and I knew we needed to take care of that trip before we started planning for anything else, including spring break activities! So, it was set for March! Then, the Waits family mentioned going to Florida and invited a few families to join them at a house they rented. After talking with Kyle, he decided to make "his" trip a family trip and to join the Waits in Anna Maria Island, Florida. We landed on a sunny Sunday afternoon and our Uber driver took us to the house having already been here with customers before (he delivered the fridge to the Tiki hut as a matter of fact!). Not a bad place to be an hour after landing! The Waits booked the house from Saturday to Saturday. Friends of theirs from Illinois joined from Saturday to Tuesday, and the Baldwins joined from Wednesday- Saturday. We wer...
