Kyle has had some fun senior experiences lately but it's been mostly easy and breezy.

Henneberry Ortho had a Pixar pumpkin contest for offices to join in. We don't know who won - looks like his Ponca city dentist - but I sure think this is awesome!  Darla, the niece, from Nemo.
24th Date-iversary with Jason!
lots of running for Reid.  He has done a great job improving and has cut 1:20ish off his 2 mile race. He used to be middle/back for the Stillwater boys and is now right in the middle of the pack.
Ahhh....the meet where they change the start time just late enough that the parents are on the road and can't get there in time. A friend who was there snagged this for us...
and we arrived just in time for the team picture.
Volleyball tryouts have happened and are underway on the season...
Kyle gave blood for the first time.
Reid just loves to play sports with friends.
He arranged a football afternoon with some buddies.
And Kyle VOLUNTEERED to go and take him and play!
we stopped by just to enjoy it!
These two fellas played in the KLIFE pickleball tourney - in matching outfits - in the family division - AND WON! This is literally the only picture taken of them though.
Grant's latest milestone is the Exemplar dinner - with Brennan.
with some of his squad!
I'm not sure.... but I love it!
Busy senior year
They braved the heat for a game...
Reid and Parker helping KLIFE parking.
Breaking ground on the new building!
Carter writing our message/motto on the concrete.
Mom made us chicken salad - yum.
Mr. mower - barefoot.

When...

When a COS parent captures an amazing rainbow picture over USAFA the morning after a cadet dies... wow!
When your friend sends a picture of a Bible verse you shared with her in 2000....
When your 13 year old is trying to be prepared for his first cross country race...
When you know you have amazing coaches and boys surrounding your son...
When he tries something new and out of his comfort zone...
When the team ends up in first place!
When he says he is exhausted...
When he says "thanks, Mom" to her for coming to watch a 12 minute event... and when you're so happy to be there...
When you're happy for your buddy for being in the top 25 (25th!!)...
When your son signs up to be the leader of Wagon Crew....
When your son leads the team onto the field...
When you get to meet a few of your friends for a quick gathering before heading out...
