Father / Son times...

They really were having a good conversation and Grant wasn't mad or in trouble but I thought it looked funny.  I think it was baseball strategy or something where I can't add anything!

I wonder how many "big" conversations will be held around this center island over the next two decades!

Spring Break

Spring Break was last week.... the week before it flew by. Last week flew by.  And, it's already Wednesday of this week!

Jason did his monthly lunch venture with the boys right before the break.  This was the text they sent me from the restaurant!

Reid and I were at home where he decided - obviously with a grin - that I wanted to clean up a package of crackers from the couch!

Cuddles and cartoons - with Mickey Mouse in his own chair.  Of course!

I gave Kyle his new 'do, which he has wanted for a while....

...and he took it to the Spring Fling dance at school.  He is so hilarious and SO opinionated - I can't wait to see what his future holds.

Grant, Reid and I played on the school playground while Kyle finished up piano lessons.  Reid decided he needed to try the monkey bars - all by himself - he is TWO, you guys.  Guess that's what happens with two older brothers!

...and rock walls...

Another dirt pile for outdoor projects that was the home to playing for neighborhood boys!

Mr. Brave yet again climbing

A day trip to OKC tuckered this kiddo out... his head kept drooping and I was laughing.  Jason finally saw one and nearly ran the car off the road laughing.  It was big-time head dropping.  :)

Are your friends this fun?!?  On our porch for St. Patty's day.

Library storytime.

This is Susan.  We hamster sat for a week over the break.  It was the perfect length of time to solidify the fact that we don't need a rodent pet.

My friend, Lacy, had a birthday party at one of those paint-your-own canvas places.  We drew Easter eggs.

Reid has some fussface moments.  This one happened at the Wondertorium.  He thought it would be fun to not only throw a handful of marbles once... but twice... and then throw beans.  He was in trouble big-time for that one.

We checked out the new OSU tennis center.
They beat TCU!

Grant helped pack food sacks for a community project where hungry kids get a sack over the weekend.  He did it through my parents' SS class so we didn't get to go!

and that venture led to his face being on the front of our local paper!  One of the sweet ladies submitted his face.

Grant, Kyle, Jason and I golfed one afternoon, too.  We had a great time, and I played the best golf that I maybe ever have... ?!?  Reid was able to play with cousin Chase so they had a blast, too!

THE Sutton

Speaking of "The Sutton" from my previous post....

These two are buddies.  It's cute.
