Oh golly, this one...
he snatched a barstool, took ten Dove mint candies down and ate seven of them before I realized what he was up to...

Oh golly, THIS one...
Thought I'd surprise Kyle one day at recess.
This is where he was when I got there - in trouble up against the wall.
He and Ethan look so remorseful, huh!?!

Grant is taking another stab at soccer. He had his first game and was able to be the captain...

And the goalie!  He was scored on twice but loved it!

Kyle and his flag football team at their first game.

Getting cuddles during a chilly morning!

OSU game!

Yet again I catch him snagging food. This time, it was from the counter but he couldn't figure out how to get the cupcake box open.

Meet Pete night at the football field.

We saw these family friends - only been a year since we've seen them!

Kyle wanted a photo with some "real players" - I have no clue who these guys are or if they get playing time but they were nice!

Little things like this can keep a Mom going amid the daily grind.

this is just simply an awful yet funny story that Grant asked I type on here so we can remember it forever.... not that Jason nor I will forget easily...

Sunday was an ideal fall day.  Our fam decided we should hit the tennis courts for some family fun exercise.

After a while, our potty trained 3 year old said he needed to go to the bathroom (and, looking back, he usually says "tee tee" so I should have known...).

We told him to go "water the tree" over there in the corner of the court, through the fence.

We started back up playing and quickly noticed Reid was outside the fence.

He was squatting.  In public.  At a busy intersection.

Pooping.

On. the. grass. like. a. dog.

What's a parent to do?!?  We praised him for not going in his undies and Jason quickly picked it up with a baby wipe.  Laughed.  Hyperventilated. Laughed.

Then I aced my serve against my husband!  :)

Last few weeks...

School and the fall schedule is in full swing!  Three weeks completed for school, and each boy loves it!  Grant is playing soccer this fall - the first time in nearly 5 years, and Kyle is sticking with flag football.  First games for both are this week!

We did a trip to the drive-in again to help close out their season.  How to Train Your Dragon 2 - thumbs up from all of us!  Kristy and Mason came!

Grant has sadly had to say goodbye to TWO friends this summer.  One moved to Ft. Worth area and one to Edmond.  Both were great boys and will be missed... here is his group at a going away party for one of them.
(You'll notice whose kid is in the sun shirt as she may be a bit fanatical about sunburns... I will help control that while he'll willingly let me!)

Jason thought he needed to take a picture of me mowing... so I decided to blog it as this is me once a week!

OSU soccer game to support our Cowgirls and my friend who coaches (they lost - apparently, they're not super great at the moment!).

Late night adventure with Reid...

To capture how Kyle sleeps every night... He goes to bed with one "soft blanket" and a few toys, and ends up with three blankets and every stuffed animal in his room!

Reid playing with friends, Tucker and Izzy, at the park

Reid had his first dental cleaning!

Jason had a follow-up surgery to the esophagus tear - checked out perfect!

Buddy Day at school

Reid went head-first out of the trampoline - completely by choice.  He dove for the opening.  Fortunately, he was fine other than dirt all over his face!  He did want some cuddles, which are always fine with this mommy!

Kyle was invited to sit in the Club level with Bubba this past Saturday.
He loved it!
We asked him what he ate.... "I had popcorn - two bags, skittles, ice cream sandwich, a Dr Pepper, two hot dogs, chips, and another candy."
Geez.
