Hmmm..... and we used to think Kyle would be the ornery one!

Arkansas baseball trip
Baseball took us on a little trip this weekend. We headed a few hours away to Arkansas. We stayed at an Aloft hotel for the first time, and it was great as the pool table in the lobby was a fun bonding tool for the team. Here are my pool sharks before the whole crowd arrived!
We left Grant with his team and went exploring on Saturday morning. First stop was the Crystal Bridges and the Frank Lloyd Wright house.
It was a really pretty time to go as everything was blooming but it wasn't yet hot!
We took the boys to the Amazeum museum for a few hours and it was so much better than sitting in the hotel lobby!
Hersheys Lab making hot cocoa
We ended up the tournament losing in the semifinals, but again, we were proud of how the boys played. They're getting better and better (there are just some crazy good teams out there!).
Most of the team went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. So thankful this little friend was there to help entertain Reid all weekend!
somebody wanted morning snuggles with Mom and asked for his breakfast to be brought to the room! :) Already asking for room service at 4! ha.
Balls and planes
Volleygirls won again! It was a busy spring and we're not sure there was a game we didn't need to add a substitute player but it's always fun!
Lunchtime with Reid. He wasn't too talkative this day as he had to study his pictures of plane's cockpits.
Reid's a boss on 1st base!
11-3
It's our annual photo with our neighbors when the boys are all stair-stepped in age!
11 to 3 this year!

Wednesday was a rough day for our school. Long story short, the school was evacuated and the kids had the day off! We're thankful for fun friends who love to host impromptu parties and houses that have so many fun toys and games to play! We have the Paynes, Sallaskas, Waits, Walkers, Barths, Badiyans and another family here!
These two have been sneaking nighttime cuddles together (Kyle sneaking in to Reid's room during his nightly bathroom break!). Pretty sweet scene when I check on them before bed!
Another advantage to a smaller town - having an airport you can visit and then seeing the pilots AND THEN being offered to go explore an Air Force plane with them. My pilot-wanna-be was in heaven!
Lots of baseball this weekend. Jason and I didn't see each other until Sunday night! :(
Grant's team was 2-2.
Kyle's team stayed local and ended up 2-2 but with a 2nd place finish. They has less teams in their bracket. This is our easy going kid playing pretend!
The Hefners came all the way from Dallas to watch! :)
