Yard Goat baseball has begun! This is our lead-off batter, Reid Walker, up to bat. He struck out and whacked a double to right in his first game.
He also played catcher and short stop.
And while he was catcher, he quickly learned the value and purpose of "the cup!"
This was a come from behind in the last inning 0-4 game! They won 5-4. Cheers for Coach Jason and some luck!
OSU made the NIT basketball tournament and hosted a few games here.
Ruby went to her first OSU game right before we left for DC.
Jacob came to stay a few days at GG and Bubba's house and we went to see him one afternoon. Ann Berry, mom's friend, owns a pizza restaurant. We were able to go in their kitchen and cook pizzas!
The boys had just found out they would be in Chase and Madison's wedding and were a little excited about it.
SOOO proud of themselves...
Reid earns the "most fit for your age" in our family. This dude is ripped. The back picture doesn't do his muscles justice at all.
Kyle was invited to play ping pong with Mason Rudolph.
Ruby, Mom and Dad watched Kyle and Reid when we went to DC. Ruby took them bowling and to see a movie! Mom and Dad took them to Tulsa to visit the Air and Space museum and to swim!
They also fed the boys floats - which considering cokes are off-limits.... hmmm...
I don't think the boys minded the grandparents being in charge at all!
when Duke University lost in the NCAA playoffs.... Reid was truly sad.
