Our school had our first movie night (put on by the wonderful PTA! ha!) and it was fun. At one point, my head count was at 140 and I didn't catch the back part of the room with the lingering parents.
4th grade field trip
It was supposed to be at the FCA director's home but was rained out to a parking lot. Two "guinea pigs" were needed to demonstrate the world's largest portable teeter totter. Guess who one of the lucky parents was?!?!
the field trip was a lot of team building and trust exercises.

Second grade (Mrs. Fox specifically) Medieval Feast
They each made their own goblet, placemat, and she brings in her sewing machine and they have to sew and design their cape.
