late July/early August

We just happened across this bus parked at our church one night!
Vanoss has an activity bus - a really nice one - it was new to Jason!

The boys were able to spend several days with Nana a few weeks ago and we had date night at the drive in one of those nights! It was perfect. We saw Jurassic World!

I still want to smooch him nearly 15 years later!

Some of our friends are moving and others had a going away party for them.  This was it. You may think it's a resort, but nope, it's a backyard about 1/3 mile from our house.  Amazing people and an amazing pool.

Their pond, which is also the back of our neighborhood.

the waterslide in the pool.

I feel I'm at a Mexico resort. The pool at night. The swimming cave is on the left.

We have played lots of golf!

Batman returns.
Baylor had his 3rd birthday and Reid didn't take off this mask for a few days! :)

Kyle's entertainment at library storytime...

Grant's new entertainment he checked out at the library - he is now on book 5 thirteen days later.

Reid wearing blue bunny ears like that is very normal.

We've had two fun excursions. The first was to Science Museum Oklahoma, better known as Omniplex to those born here.  It was so fun! I hadn't really been since I did PR there in 2002.

Kyle volunteered to go on stage... never a shy moment there.

I do hope you can turn your head sideways to watch - sorry!

only appropriate to take a picture with teeth!

This happened Sunday.  Good thing our basketball goal has a lifetime warranty - a new one is supposed to be delivered tomorrow for free.  We were all outside but not playing on it when there was a loud pop, and then crack.

Our second fun excursion was today to JumpZone in Texas.  No, not really Texas, but we thought it was in Edmond and it was nearly in Moore.  We had bought a groupon with the Morgans and enjoyed several hours.  Great place for the little ones and very clean.

They're moving so fast I couldn't get a picture...

We stopped to see Granny on our way home.  She was having a fair day.

I'm glad our short visit could make her smile... and probably allow her to enjoy her quiet apartment a little more after we left...

She read a book to the kiddos.
