November updates

It's a rough life to be our dog.

See what I mean?!?

Anything to make his office happier, this guy does. We got all the way to the end of doing his building to discover the new exterior outlet was not working. ugh. Just another "thing" to deal with. Easy fix, as it was under warranty and they were lit the next night.

OSU basketball with our youth group (or at least the sporty ones) on $1 ticket night. You can barely see the Ramseys right behind us as they were there, too!

This is a bummer picture.
This kid has worked so hard and put in so much effort for basketball since the end of 8th grade season, and he has grown which helps. He was headed to be a starter for the freshman team, and he broke his arm at practice. He gets a cast for a month, and then a splint, and then exercises, and we'll see where he is at that point.  The doc ended up being the OU team doc, and I had on orange, and it was Bedlam week, so we had a nice time teasing.

Reid and I were killing time one morning during, and we ended up at the library.  We sat at this table nearly 2 hours while he read WWII and airplane books. Multiple middle level books.

"Mom, can I have a couple of friends over?"  "sure"  I walk outside 30 minutes later... :)

Reid's class had their Thanksgiving Feast.

Bubba took Reid to a magician show at the McKnight Center.

Cross Country Banquet!
Grant babysat Jacob the week of Thankgiving.

Thanksgiving 2021!
This year was the Hall side and we spend the day at my parents.

Anne, Jacob, Reid and I went to see LaRue.

We capped off the night with a little Chevy Chase.

Eddie is a country dog in a city dog body. He has been to the land the last few weekends and just loves it.

We've done a lot of burning and clearing out of areas we like to spend time.

Reid was asked to be the narrator in our church's Christmas play in a few weeks. He was very excited.

Today is December 1 and that means that Sammy has returned!

Reid didn't notice him before school but had a good time reading the book.

Just a few signs of Christmas tradition around here!

There was a football game last Saturday.  I feel like it was a big deal?!?!  Maybe a last Bedlam game with the final score FINALLY being in the Cowboy's favor of 37-33!  Off to Big XII and a great bowl game.

We had two big piles at the land this weekend. Beautiful weather to be productive!

OSU Tennis had their first pickleball tournament as a fundraiser for the program.  My friend, Mindy, asked me to play with her.  We may not have won, but we had the best outfits and a lot of fun! Her hubby, Chris, and Matt were a team, and then John and Jared were, too.  Brett and Tom Hall beat us 11-0!  Eeek.
